Dr Kaur has published in several international and national peer-reviewed journals and has spoken at international conferences. She has recently submitted a chapter entitled “Blastocyst Vitrification and Warming Protocols” for a book of assisted reproductive medicine by IFS. She is professionally certified by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). She earned her PhD in Molecular Reproductive Biology from the University of Delhi in 2014. Her research work includes identification of molecular defects in the granulosa cells from women with polycystic ovary syndrome. After completing PhD, she joined NOVA IVI Fertility where she received training in assisted reproductive techniques (ART) as per IVI (Spain) protocols. She is a member of various national and international societies like ASRM, ESHRE, CFAS, IFS, and ISAR.
